Marsh Net Pegs and Inserts

The design and material of the Marsh Pegs give them a flexibility that allows the net to move when jostled but remain on the pegs during regular play.

Upon strong impact, such as a player crashing into the net, the net will pop off the pegs and prevent injury to the player. The nets can then be replaced in seconds.

These pegs should not be used for divisions below midget – younger players might not be able to be strong enough to release the goal net upon impact, which could cause injury. For younger players, please use Iceco’s Freeze-In Net Pegs.

Measurements for the Pegs are Outside Diameter and are available in the following 4 sizes:

• 1 7/8” (47.6 mm) – requires 2” (inside diameter) inserts
• 1 5/8″ (41.3 mm) ) – requires 2” (inside diameter) inserts
• 1 3/8” (34.9 mm) – requires 1 5/8” (inside diameter) inserts
• 13/16” (20.6 mm) – requires 1” (inside diameter) inserts

Marsh Net Peg Inserts
Measurements for the inserts are Inside Diameter and are available in the following 3 sizes:

• 2” (50.8 mm)
• 1 5/8” (41.3 mm)
• 1” (25.4 mm)

Important: Pegs are designed to FIT LOOSELY in the inserts and nets. If they are too snug, the snow may pack around the peg and cause them to freeze in.
